[MUSIC PLAYING] Looking for an easy way to keep track of your monthly account statements? Sign up for E-statements and view all of your transactions on your computer or mobile device anytime, anywhere.
With E-statements, you not only reduce the paper clutter, you're also helping to better protect your identity-- no printed documents to steal. Plus, by adding on text alerts, we'll send the message right to your phone letting you know that your statement is ready. If you're looking for a convenient and secure alternative to paper, you'll find it here with E-statements.
To enroll in E-statements, go to www.lgfcu.org and log into Member Connect with your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot Password link and follow the prompts. If you still need help, call the Contact Center at 888.732.8562.
Once logged into your account, click on the Services tab. Under Account Maintenance, click the Enroll in E-statements link. Read and accept the terms, then click the button that says Sign me up for E-statements.
Next, you can also create a text message alert to notify you when your statement is available. To sign up, tap the button that says, Yes, I would like to enroll in Alerts.
At the bottom of the next page, click Register for Security Alerts and One Time Passcode. Enter your cell phone number and related details, then hit Submit. You'll receive an activation code on your phone that you'll need to enter into the box. Then click the Activate button. Now your E-statements signup is complete.
