All of these services are available to LGFCU members from your desktop computer or a mobile device.

Plus, your information is safe even if you lose your phone or tablet. Your personal account information will never be stored on your device. To get started with Member Connect, you'll need your 16 ATM digit or debit card number and your three digit voice response pin that you received separately. If you're missing your 16 digit card number or three digit pin, call the Contact Center for help at 888.732.8562.

To enroll in Member Connect visit Select the blue Member Connect login box at the top of your screen. Then select Enroll Now. Next, enter your 16 digit ATM or debit card number as your user ID. After entering your login information, check the box indicating that you Read and Accept the Terms, then hit Continue.

Now you're in. From here, you can create a unique user ID and password. To get started, review and follow the instructions of the user ID and password requirements.
