COVID-19: Latest updates on access to services

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and taking precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our members and our staff while delivering the best member service experience possible in these extraordinary circumstances.

Branch services available by drive-thru or appointment

State Employees’ Credit Union branches statewide are temporarily providing the majority of account services using drive-thru to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 to members, their families and Credit Union employees. Members who need to use other specific in-branch services should call their local branch to schedule an appointment.

Additional sources you can use to access your accounts

Nearly all member services are available 24/7/365 without the need to visit a branch. We encourage our members to use the many other methods available to mange your money.

  • CashPoints® ATMs – 1,100 machines where you can make deposits and receive cash. Find an ATM location near you.
  • Member Connect – Visit us online for transactions.
  • 24/7 Member Services – Call us at 888.732.8562 and we’ll handle your financial transactions for you.
  • 24-Hour Voice Response Service - Touch phone keypad service at 800.328.4543.

We encourage you to follow the CDC’s recommendations for preventing the spread of this and other infectious viruses. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you please avoid visiting a branch and instead take advantage of the many resources identified above available to you to conduct business with Local Government Federal Credit Union.
