Branch services available by drive-thru or appointment
State Employees’ Credit Union branches statewide are temporarily providing the majority of account services using drive-thru to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 to members, their families and Credit Union employees. Members who need to use other specific in-branch services should call their local branch to schedule an appointment.
Additional sources you can use to access your accounts
Nearly all member services are available 24/7/365 without the need to visit a branch. We encourage our members to use the many other methods available to mange your money.

- Member Connect – Visit us online for transactions.
- 24/7 Member Services – Call us at 888.732.8562 and we’ll handle your financial transactions for you.
- 24-Hour Voice Response Service - Touch phone keypad service at 800.328.4543.
