How to change your email address in Member Connect

It's important that LGFCU has all of your most current contact information. It's quick and easy to update or add your email address to your online profile in Member Connect.

LGFCU will never request your account information or private information over email. We will keep you in the loop about our products, services, and promotions, but we won't overwhelm your inbox.

LGFCU will also never share your information with outside parties, so you can be sure that your credit union will keep your email address confidential. And only use it to send you important information.

To get started, log in to Member Connect with your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot Password link and following the prompts. If you still need help, call the credit union at 888-732-8562.

In Member Connect, select the Services tab. Navigate to the section called Online Profile and click on Email Address. If you have added an email address, you can confirm that the information we have is correct.

If you have never given us an email address, you can add it here. Or if your email address is changed, you can update it here. Click Submit. You'll be taken to a screen confirming your address change, effective immediately.

Click OK to exit the email address update function and you're done. If you need additional help with logging in, or updating your login information, call us at 888-732-8562.
