[MUSIC PLAYING] Hi, I'm Bryan, and I've been in Local Government Federal Credit Union member for a little over three years now. Back in June, I actually had a really positive experience with some Compass Alerts, which is a program that Local Government Federal Credit Union offers. I basically got to my office and got a notification from Compass that there had been a large expense made on my LGFCU credit card.

It was a little strange because it was from Lowe's, and I hadn't made any purchases at Lowe's in a while. And the last purchase I thought I made was at a gas station near my house. So I immediately called the credit union, and inquired about it, and told them that it was fraud. They quickly let me know that not to worry, they'd cancel the card and get a new one to me free of charge, and that they would open the investigation for the card.

Ultimately, the whole thing was a very positive experience for me because I was not really worried or stressed that I had any losses that could be coming my way because I knew the credit union would take care of me. It was something that set up basically to kind of alert myself that there were larger purchases made. It wasn't necessarily initially made for fraud purposes, but it did turn out to be a really convenient way to alert me to those things. It was more kind of personal expense tracking.
