Dwayne Naylor is the Chief Operating Officer of Local Government Federal Credit Union.
As COO, Naylor brings 25 years of successful organizational positioning, direction-setting and growth to the Credit Union. A proven leader, he is an experienced liaison between board and management for setting strategic direction. Naylor thrives on diversity, developing empowered teams and collaborative work environments, and has an unconditional commitment to ethical management on all levels.
He most recently worked as Executive Vice President at Langley Federal Credit Union in Virginia before returning to LGFCU, where he previously served as Executive Vice President. Naylor started his credit union career at State Employees’ Credit Union where he rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Audit Services.
Naylor earned a Global MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Naylor also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University. He holds the Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation, Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).
Naylor resides with his wife and two children in the Triangle area.
