24-Hour Voice Response

LGFCU's voice response system enables access to your Credit Union accounts day and night, 365 days a year from any location in the continental United States.

Using a touch-tone telephone, call the 24-Hour Voice Response Service and verify deposits, make a balance inquiry, get current interest rates, transfer funds, determine if a specific check has cleared, check available credit limits and more for any of your Credit Union accounts.

To use 24-Hour Voice Response

  • Call 919.839.5428 in Raleigh or 800.328.4543.
  • You must have an LGFCU ATM/Debit Card or a Visa Check Card.
  • All accounts are accessible with your LGFCU ATM/Debit or Visa Check cards are available through the 24-Hour Voice Response Service.

First-time users

Select a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the 24-Hour Voice Response Service. This PIN will also allow you to enroll in Member Connect so that you can access your accounts by computer.
