Relay North Carolina and Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) services make contacting LGFCU easier for deaf and hearing-impaired members.
With Relay North Carolina, deaf or hearing-impaired LGFCU members can call the Credit Union 24-hours, seven days a week. This free service provides full telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, and speech-disabled. Using Relay, hearing callers communicate with text-telephone (TTY) users and vice versa through specially trained operators.
Relay cannot be used to complete wire transfers.
TDD service is also available to contact LGFCU for those using a device. You can use TDD with our 24-Hour Voice Response System. Additional member service is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
TDD service is not available on branch holidays or weekends.
