LGFCU has partnered with W5, a Durham-based market research firm, to conduct a research study about our main website in advance of an upcoming redesign.
Over the next 6-8 weeks, some of our members and prospective members will be contacted to participate in an online focus group and surveys. Communication may come from both W5 and 20/20, a company that is providing email services for this effort. Because the online focus group spans over several days, participants may receive a gift card as a gratuity for taking part. At no point will members be asked to provide personal information.
