Troubleshooting Tips

If you have problems using MemberConnect try the following tips to correct them first. If you continue to have problems after using the troubleshooting tips, or if none of the following scenarios apply to your situation, please send us a secure message through MemberConnect or contact the Call Center at 888.732.8562.

Unable to Logon MemberConnect
Please clear out your Temporary Internet Files also known as the cache first. Use the help instructions that come with your browser. This should take care of most access problems when the error message is displayed. If it does not, Internet Services recommends that the member call their ISP for assistance, but only after you've attempted to clear the cache.


Error Messages or Pages Not Loading Properly
If you are using a Bookmark or Favorites link to reach our Web site, you may first need to clear your Temporary Internet files, also known as the cache, then return to our Web site by manually typing the following site address into your browser's address field: www.lgfcu.org. Once the page has successfully loaded, you will need to save the page as a Bookmark again. If you continue to receive an error message, please contact the Call Center at 888.732.8562.
