Chrome Carbook Error Message
Several factors may prevent access to the Chrome Carbook Web site including:
1. Browser Settings
Please make sure you have "session cookies" enabled. Also, be sure that your Internet security level is set at medium or medium high. The high setting may prevent our server from passing the correct information for the Chrome Carbook to function. It is recommended that temporary Internet file (cache) settings are set to check for a newer version of the stored page every visit. It may also be helpful to clear/delete the temporary Internet files (cache) and cookies stored in the Internet browser.
2. AOL Browser
If you are using AOL and the site is using pop-up windows, it may be blocking information from being passed to our database here to activate the site's link to our service, thus producing the "referrer: undefined" message. You may want to try minimizing the AOL browser and using an Internet Explorer or Netscape browser.
3. Firewall
If you are using firewall software, check with your network administrator to insure that these sites are not blocked.
