Sure Term

Sure Term, a level term life insurance product for 10, 15, 20 or 30 years, is available through LGFCU at guaranteed premium rates. To offer competitive rates, the product is fully underwritten with five underwriting classes from preferred best to custom under no nicotine use and three classes from preferred to custom with nicotine use. A paramedical examination is scheduled as part of the application process.

Coverage is available in amounts of $50,000 to $1,000,000 or more. Policies are underwritten by Genworth Life Insurance Company.
