24-Hour Voice Response
LGFCU's state-of-the-art voice response system enables access to your Credit Union accounts day and night, 365 days a year from any location in the continental United States. Using a touch-tone telephone, call the 24-Hour Voice Response Service and perform transactions such as balance inquiries, receive current interest rates, verify deposits, transfer funds, determine if a specific check has cleared or check available credit limits for any of your credit union accounts.
To use 24-Hour Voice Response
- Call 919.839.5428 in Raleigh or 800.328.4543.
- You must have an LGFCU ATM/Debit Card or a Visa Check Card.
- All accounts accessible with your LGFCU ATM/Debit or Visa Check cards are available through the 24-Hour Voice Response Service.
